Hello to all two-wheel enthusiasts! Today we want to talk to you about the incredible transformation that our Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883 has undergone thanks to our intervention. We are Moto Design Customs, a workshop specialized in the custom motorcycle sector. Our Sportster Iron 883 has been transformed into a powerful Cafe Racer, a machine that exudes grit and personality at every turn. But let's see in detail the changes made by Moto Design Customs.

First, the engine was boosted from 883 to 1200. This resulted in significantly more power and even faster acceleration. Thanks to this modification, our bike is now able to offer a completely new riding experience, with a powerful sound that makes the air vibrate.

But the news does not end here. Moto Design Customs installed a road-derived upside-down fork, equipped with a handcrafted upper steering plate with integrated instrumentation from the well-known Motogadget brand. This made it possible to improve the stability and driving precision of the bike, as well as giving it an even more aggressive and captivating look.

As regards the riding position, adjustable half handlebars have been installed, perfect for ensuring optimal comfort for the rider. But the aesthetic changes don't end there: our Cafè Racer is equipped with a double front disc brake, a mobile MDC pulley, a bulging 12 liter tank and twin-tube rear shock absorbers.

But there is yet another detail that makes the difference: the Firestone Deluxe rear tyre, which guarantees optimal grip on any type of surface, but above all gives our bike a vintage and retro look, reminiscent of the legendary Café Racers of the 60's.

Ultimately, our Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883 has been transformed into a powerful, spirited and uniquely styled Café Racer. Thanks to Moto Design Customs, we got a custom motorcycle tailor-made for us, which always makes us feel like the center of attention on the road.
